Goggles On.
Pressure Off.
Designed to lower IOP in normal-tension glaucoma patients, the easy-to-use FSYX OPAP system is made up of pressure-sensing goggles (similar to but more comfortable than swim goggles) attached to a compact pump. The system instantly reduces eye pressure to alleviate pressure on the optic nerve and improve blood flow to the eye.1
FSYX enables monitoring by eye care specialists for personalized care that continues beyond office visits. Now patients can get their eye pressure to rest when they do.1
“With FSYX Ocular Pressure Adjusting Pump, we can manage pressure during sleep—when the optic nerve appears to be at additional risk.”
— Thomas Samuelson, MD, Glaucoma Specialist, Minnesota Eye Consultants, Bloomington, MN
How FSYX Works With Physics1
-
Targeted
The FSYX goggles are sized to fit tightly over the eyes while negative pressure is applied through the attached pump, so IOP is instantly lowered at the source without the use of additional medication or an invasive procedure.
-
Balanced
By creating negative pressure on the eyes (similar to how a vacuum works), FSYX lowers pressure in the eyes (IOP).
-
Error-Free*
It’s physics, and science works every time.
-
Personalized
FSYX can be set to a specific target based on each patient’s individual IOP level.
*With proper use by patient, including recommended duration of wear.
How to Use FSYX OPAP:
Turn on the Ocular Pressure Adjusting Pump and connect the FSYX goggles.
Put on the goggles and ensure a seal is created around each eye.
Hit the “Start” button. While resting, FSYX will be working.
When you’re ready to get up for the day, simply turn off the pump and remove the goggles.
